The harmony between our very aromatic, Chinese Oolong Ti Kuan Yin and the delicate, characteristic notes of the elderflower is simply perfect. This composition gets a further twist from the sweet, yet tangy nuances of citrus fruits.

Ingredients: Half-fermented oolong tea (58%), apple pieces, apple cubes, natural flavoring, heather blossoms, red cornflower blossoms.

Oolong Tea: Oolongs are very complex in aromatics and flavors and can hold up to multiple infusions.

Flavor: As a general rule, the lower oxidized oolongs have more floral and vine fruit characteristics, while the mid-oxidized oolongs have more stone fruit and nut characteristics. The higher oxidized oolongs tend to provide more nut, honey, and woody characteristics.

Caffeine Level: Oolong teas have just as much antioxidants as that of other tea types. Oolong teas have a wide range of caffeine levels depending on oxidation level. The greener oolongs are similar to green tea, while the darker oolongs are similar to black tea.
