Shipping Policy
We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason the SpecialTeaCompany has made an error with your order, you may return the merchandise within 7 days of purchase for a refund. All products must be as sold in sealed packages. We are unable to accept any opened packages. Refunds will be made to the original credit card / Payment Method used to make the purchase. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless a result of an error by Special Tea Company.

Please ship your returns using US Postal Service Priority Mail, First-Class Mail. UPS. We recommend that you track your package.
Once we receive your return package, you will be sent an email notifying you of your return. Please note that this email will be sent to the email address provided on your original order.
